Westward Whiskey Pinot Noir Cask shines in our riff on a New York Sour, inspired by local barman Jeffrey Morganthaler's Amaretto Sour, who introduced the addition of Amaretto to this refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 parts Westward Whiskey Pinot Noir Cask
• 1/4 part vanilla syrup
• 1/2 part Amaretto
• 3/4 part lemon juice
• Pinot Noir wine

Instructions

• Combine ingredients, minus the wine into a shaking tin and shake until mixed together.
• Strain into a rocks glass with 1 large ice cube and add a soft float of Pinot Noir wine.
